Good Time Beverages High-Quality Line of Ready to Drink COCKTAILS TO GO™ in Eco-Friendly Pouches, Signs Artisanal Beverage Company as Texas Broker

Downey, CA (PRWEB) February 15, 2012

Good Time Beverages (http://www.goodtimebeverages.com), the sector leader for single-serve, ready-to-drink, premium cocktails in portable, earth-friendly, re-sealable pouches, is pleased to announce that it has expanded its Texas presence with the addition of Artisanal Beverage Company (http://www.artisanal-beverage.com/) as the brands’ Texas market manager. Good Time Beverages’ “Bob & Stacy’s Premium Margarita” and “Big Barrel Spirits” brands are currently distributed in Texas by beverage distributor and industry leader, Glazer’s Distributors (http://www.glazers.com/Pages/default.aspx), one of the country’s largest privately held companies, operating in 13 states.

“Bob & Stacy’s Premium Margarita”, a “bar quality”, 30 proof, ready-to-drink cocktail packaged in patented pouches, began to hit the Texas market in the fall of 2011. Texas was the fourth major State for Good Time Beverages, which also has distribution in Florida, California and Nevada, and plans for further expansion this spring.

“We are carefully assembling the very best team of brokers and distributors in the nation, paying close attention to the strength of their presence in each specific, regional market,” says Robert K. Whyte, CEO of Good Time Beverages.

Artisanal Beverage Company currently represents more than 25 brands in Texas, and has been operating for the past 9 years. Glazer’s is one of the nation’s largest wine, spirits and malt beverage product distributors, with additional operations in Arizona, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.

“Bob & Stacy’s is the best pre-made margarita in the country, and we are excited to aid in the Texas market expansion for these great products,” says Jeff Daniels, of Artisanal Beverage Company. Daniels continues, “Plus, working with Bob and Stacy is just a hoot; their retail promotions are crazy…in a creative sense that leads to increased sales.”

Good Time Beverages’ products are ideal for multiple outdoor activities, year-round. The cocktails, packaged in on-the-go pouches, are perfect for a variety of Texas pastimes – from boating, to rodeos, to barbecues, to State fairs, to NASCAR races – or simply, to enjoy by consumers’ backyard pools.

Good Time Beverages’ products are also fitting for picnics, concerts, assorted sporting events, in RVs, while hiking, fishing, skiing, camping, golfing, and on hunting trips. The drinks can also be enjoyed in the home, when the consumer desires a single-serve cocktail option. Through Good Time Beverages’ network of the best and most established beverage distributors in the country, the company’s products are sold at retail chains coast-to-coast, in a convenient four-pouch package.

Good Time Beverages’ unique cocktail concept utilizes only premium spirits in each of their mixed cocktail products, which are being lauded for both the quality of their contents, as well as the convenience and eco-friendly aspects of their packaging. All Good Time Beverages’ products are made in the USA, and are packaged in earth-friendly, easy-pour, re-sealable pouches that weigh significantly less than traditional drink containers, making them very portable. Every Good Time Beverages product is like having your own personal bartender wherever you go.

Upcoming Good Time Beverages products include “Vodka Cosmo” and “Sweet Tea Lemonade”, both due out on the market in the summer of 2012.

Malibu Boats Backstage Pass Video

Merced, CA (Vocus) February 19, 2010

This latest video from Malibu Boats was not shot merely as a factory tour, which Malibu encourages in-person Monday through Thursday 9am to 4pm. The “Malibu Boats Backstage Pass” was filmed to give viewers a 10-minute glimpse into the Malibu Difference. Performance, innovation, construction and interior details are described and shown through out this video. The Malibu Backstage Pass video demonstrates the power behind Malibu Boats performance. Amy Mauzy, Marketing Manager for Malibu Boats, explains Malibu’s custom hull options, big wake enhancement versatility, World Record slalom performance, handling characteristics and ride. Malibu’s National Promo Team Director, Dennis Kelley, also talks in detail about the research that goes into Malibu performance design.

“Versatility, handling, ride, wakes, it all comes together on the water and that’s where Malibu boats separate from the pack,” Mauzy concludes.

Paul Singer, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, outlines the developments that have made Malibu Boats the innovation leader in the water sports industry. Singer describes a few of the industry firsts implemented by Malibu including the MaliView Dash and Entertainment System, frameless windshields, the new Illusion G3 tower with weightless fold-down and the engineered fin-saver swim platform.

Singer also goes into detail about Malibu’s proven production processes. He focuses on their meticulous gel coat preparation and application, the extra steps Malibu takes in lamination, the Malibu Fiberglass Engine Chassis System (FibECS) and the unibody construction that creates a Malibu boat’s quiet ride. Malibu Boats Production Manager, Reese Stansell weighs in on the company’s superior in-house production of components in additional to the boats, like the new G3 tower. Like many signature Malibu parts, this new industry-altering wakeboard tower is designed, created and assembled in-house at Malibu Boats to ensure quality.

“We don’t build boats this way because it’s easier or inexpensive. We do it because it’s the right way and gets us closer to our goal of building the best boat possible,” Singer explains.

Mauzy concludes the video with a look inside the superior fit and finish of a Malibu boat. She specifically points out what makes the interior so comforting, strong and luxurious.

US Rap Star MC Leaves ‘Imprint’ on Beat100.com Music Video Chart

US Rap Star MC Leaves ‘Imprint’ on Beat100.com Music Video Chart

Rap Star MC Imprint

(PRWEB) January 02, 2012

Beat100 once again rounds up another exhilarating month’s competition which saw acts from all over the globe making a mad dash to claim the top spot & the leader’s share of the prize pool to go along with it.

Battling away in the Beat100 Music Chart for prize money, exposure & the opportunity to be picked for one of Beat100’s future showcases were some of the best unsigned acts on the globe.

Finishing in a respectable third place are teen sensations ‘Us & Her’, a family orientated quartet that have kicked up a storm on Beat100 with an astonishing amount of views & not far off of going viral. The band was formed to accompany Casey (12), but working with Felix Bellingham (Songwriter & Producer) the band discovered a unique sound of their own with the three voices, of Casey, Aaron and Taylor on lead vocals. Us and Hers song writing and shared production of covers has now made the band a very exciting prospect with the launch gig to be at Southend’s very own Palace Theatre on the 24th March 2012, and also awaiting confirmation for Us and Her to appear at the ‘Hop Farm Festival June 2012′.

Beat100’s December second place upload is none other than last month’s competitions runner up, Rogerio Vaz of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Rogerio came back fighting with an acoustic rendition of Adele’s mega hit ‘Someone Like You’ for Decembers competition chart which went down a storm with the Beat100 social network which expands dramatically by the day in response to the sheer quality & quantity of video entertainment being uploaded.

Nailing the Beat100 top spot was USA citizen & Beat100 débutante MC Imprint. Coming from Seal Beach, California, MC Imprint tells Beat100 what the upload finishing at first place in the chart named ‘Dancing in the Shadows’ is about;

“This song is a story about my father passing away from a drug addiction & in turn I almost lost my life to the same addiction, but I chose music to change my life around.” – MC Imprint, California

Real name Brett Guidry, Imprint was raised in Seal Beach, California. After MC Imprints father passed away, the MC found solace on the streets and became hooked on drugs at a very early age. Progressing worse and worse, Imprint began chasing this illustrious lifestyle as a way to buffer personal issues and eventually ended up in custody fighting a six year bid in prison. Through these moments, Imprint realized a change needed to happen.

To come through the other side and be as successful in the Beat100 Music chart as MC Imprint has is a real credit to the artist & the Beat100.com. Imprint has racked up thousands of views in such a short period of time and sets a great example to any other young artists feeling down & out. MC Imprint bags a cool $ 350 cash prize for the first place video upload.

Beat100 believes MC Imprint will benefit from winning the monthly music chart & go on to do big things demonstrating the true power of uploading videos onto the social network. Watch MC Imprints video ‘Dancing in the Shadows

The December Music Chart is the first Beat100 chart to have 1st, 2nd & 3rd all from different countries which magnifies the rate at which Beat100 fever is spreading across the globe.

The Music Chart is by no means the epicentre of which Beat100 revolves around as the Video Lifestyle chart keeps throwing a few curve balls which attracts the social networks attention directly to what’s on show.

Decembers Video Lifestyle Chart winner was Dan Marshall from Canvey Island, Dan’s upload shows the young man in question skilfully juggling & show boating for the camera leaving the viewers mesmerized with a distinct feeling of envy with one network user stating “I’m so jealous, I wish I could juggle like that!” Dan is a well-deserved winner of the Beat100 lifestyle chart & epitomizes what Beat100 is all about, if there’s a talent to be seen, no matter how small, upload it!

Essex boy Scott Donovan rightfully takes place in the top three by finishing second in the Video Lifestyle Chart pulling of BMX stunts with ease & showing how far ones talent really can be pushed. Since joining Beat100 Scott has achieved alot of attention & followers & is leading the way for all BMX riders out there. Scott’s video shows the young talent tricking out a favourite BMX haunt, Legacy XS with a crowd of spectators in awe of what’s being performed.

3rd place went to Beat100 user ‘Kevincio’ who put together a montage of his victories on popular video game Battlefield 3. The upload named ‘Hooah for Battlefield 3′ will undoubtedly have avid gamer’s tuned in picking up tips. Viewers can see all the top three Video Chart victors & all previous months’ winners by visiting http://www.beat100.com/winners/lifestyle/

Beat100 goes into a new year with big plans, more live events and more opportunities for all Beat100 users but most importantly more uploads to keep the viewing public entertained & inspired.

For information regarding how to apply to play at a Beat100 live event or showcase, please email: James Higgs, Head of Beat100 Live Events, jame(at)beat100(dot)com.

The V-Lock Starboard Universal Mounting System is Now Available

The V-Lock Starboard Universal Mounting System is Now Available

St. Petersburg, FL (PRWEB) November 01, 2011

The V-Lock Company and Teak Isle Manufacturing have created a synergistic partnership. Teak Isle has agreed to manufacture and distribute a marine grade version of the V-Lock universal mounting system in King Starboard® (HDPE).

High density polyethylene (King Starboard) has revolutionized the design and manufacturing of marine accessory components. Starboard’s durability against marine environments, ease of manufacturing, and lack of necessary maintenance make it a primary material substrate choice of boat builders worldwide. Teak Isle helped pioneer the use of Starboard in the manufacture of marine products, and has become the largest consumer of King Starboard in the industry.

According to Mike Rowan, one of the principals at V-Lock: “We were looking for a partner to manufacture accessories to mount on our V-Lock system and Teak Isle appeared to be the best choice for marine accessories that fit the bill. So after creating several prototypes, including drink holders and rod holders, it became apparent that a Starboard version of the V-Lock just made good sense, it is light, durable and very attractive for mounting on marine vehicles.”

V-Lock is a Universal Mounting System that solves the problem of multiple, diverse and permanent accessory mounting devices. With the V-Lock system you simply install the base unit around your boat in logical, convenient locations. Each accessory, device or tool is then mounted to a V-Lock insert and can be placed in any V-Lock Base giving you location flexibility and efficiency. The V-Lock system allows you to move an accessory on or off the boat, transfer locations and replace accessories with another without the use of any tools! V-Lock gives you utility, flexibility and safety. For additional details and images visit http://www.V-Lock.com.

Teak Isle is a custom OEM manufacturer dedicated to creating customer satisfaction by manufacturing quality products and providing on time deliveries. With a strong prototyping team that offers design assistance, Teak Isle is committed to serving as an extension of your company by creating completely customized products designed to accommodate any desired need. By employing a variety of lean manufacturing principles Teak Isle takes pride in accommodating short lead time orders. Teak Isle pioneered the use of Poly (King Starboard) in marine manufacturing and consistently strives to stay ahead of the curve in styling and part design. http://www.teakisle.com

New Discover Boating Facebook Invitation Application Makes it Easy for Captains to Invite Friends on the Water this Summer

New Discover Boating Facebook Invitation Application Makes it Easy for Captains to Invite Friends on the Water this Summer

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) June 15, 2011

Boaters love to socialize, whether at the dock, on the water—or online. Now, thanks to Discover Boating, a nonprofit awareness program on behalf of the recreational boating industry, boat owners can invite friends, family and other nautical novices aboard using the new Welcome to the Water boating trip planner at Facebook.com/DiscoverBoating.

“Extending an invitation to friends and family to enjoy a day on your boat is one of the benefits of being a boat owner—you get to bring them along to experience the fun of boating,” says Carl Blackwell, chief marketing officer for Discover Boating. “We wanted to capture the enjoyment of extending that invitation, and we designed an innovative way boaters can share their passion for boating with an online experience that extends to a day on the water—offline.”

Blackwell also notes that more than 15.2 million Facebook users listed boating or boating-related activities as an interest in their profiles.

Launching just in time for peak boating season, the Welcome to the Water boating trip planner is available in the U.S. to those who “Like” Discover Boating at Facebook.com/DiscoverBoating. The application allows “captains” to simply invite their “crew,” using their list of Facebook friends to create an invite.

Beyond the standard date and time options, customizable application features include:

Type of Boating Trip: What are the plans? Will the “crew” be fishing, cruising or dropping anchor to swim?
Onboard Supplies: What can each guest bring for the trip? Snacks, fishing bait, towels or chip in for gas?
Where to Meet: “Captains” can utilize Take Me Fishing’s Places to Boat & Fish tool to give their guests directions to more than 35,000 places to get on the water.

Once the “crew” accepts, trip invitations will be posted on guests’ Facebook pages and newsfeeds, allowing captains and crew to share their on-the-water summer plans. As added incentive, captains will be ranked by the number of people they invite and will be eligible to win weekly nautical prizes. The application will also generate a collective total of boating participants invited to get out on the water throughout the summer.

According to the National Marine Manufacturers Association, 75 million people chose boating as a way to enjoy the outdoors last year and more than 90 percent of Americans live within an hour’s drive of a navigable body of water. For more information on getting started in boating, Discover Boating offers a new step-by-step Get Off Your Dock guide at DiscoverBoating.com. The latest boating news, summer boating playlists and more can be found at Facebook.com/DiscoverBoating.

About Discover Boating

Malibu?s Building-Up Boat Owners With my Life my Boat

Malibu’s Building-Up Boat Owners With my Life my Boat

My Life My Boat

Merced, CA (Vocus) January 20, 2010

Instead of spending 2010 simply promoting themselves, the crew at Malibu Boats is promoting their customers with the “My Life My Boat” movement. Malibu Boats wants to give back to boat owners who further the Malibu Difference. The My Life My Boat Movement was born from this goal. These owners promote Malibu Boats and water sports by exhibiting truth on the water. Many of them also selflessly support their communities and their country. This is why Malibu wants to reward them with some well-deserved exposure. Malibu will shine a light on the passions that make up these dedicated owners’ lives, on and off the water, in an effort to give back to them. Malibu Boats is committing to publicize charities, businesses, events and people dear to the hearts of select Malibu boat owners through digital media as a way of saying thank you.

Just like the words “My Life” come first in the My Life My Boat movement title, Malibu Boats is putting the lives of their family of boat owners first. The World’s No. 1 selling water sports boat manufacturer is dimming the spotlight on Malibu Boats and shinning it on the customers that have helped elevate this boat brand to the top. But the focus of this attention will not be restricted to water sports or Malibu Boats related subjects. Malibu Boats wants to give back to these ambassadors of the Malibu Difference by bringing some exposure and promotion to the passions in their lives, water-related or not.

2009 Malibu Wakesetter VLX owner, Attila Tassi loves to boat and is an amazing mouthpiece for Malibu Boats, but his true passion lies with helping others. Tassi is the founder of Horton’s Heroes, a organization he formed to support injured service personnel undergoing therapy at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Bethesda Naval Hospital; to try to bring some sense of normalcy to their lives; to show these men and women that people do care. Malibu Boats would like to reward Tassi for his dedication to United States Service Men and Women by drawing more attention to Horton’s Heroes through the use of the Malibu Boats digital and social media channels.

Monthly, beginning January 2010, Malibu Boats will feature a Malibu boat owner as a part of the My Life My Boat movement. Each month will begin with a new Malibu boat owner story added to the Malibu Boats Blog detailing the passions in these individuals’ lives. This blog post will accompany a national news release as well as photos displayed on Malibu Boats Flickr.com and/or video posted on Malibu’s YouTube Channel. Malibu Boats will fill the month with regular tweets about the My Life My Boat honoree along with facebook status and event updates. Malibu Boat has also carved out a section of their monthly e-newsletter to feature My Life My Boat feature boat owners. Malibu will also look for other ways to generate the maximum exposure for each My Life My Boat owner recognized.

Malibu dealers, partners, pro team members and employees are being given the opportunity to nominate boat owners they feel embody the Malibu Difference in the spirit of My Life My Boat. While Malibu Boats will not be able to honor every Malibu boat owner with My Life My Boat promotion, they hope to give as much back as they can to their family of owners through this movement.
